Before landing in marketing services, Kip was a union organizer, Congressional staffer and speechwriter, and game designer. Since 2000 has worked at RGA, Digitas, and RAPP as an ECD, Account Director, and Planning Lead. During his union days, Kip paid his rent writing database software using skills learned in an 8th grade programming class (on a TRS-80) and college Programming intro class - fueling his belief that code and data are the new literacies for everyone in the 21st century economy.
