The Israeli based Zvuloon Dub System is an 8-headed band. Their influences come from Reggae, Middle Eastern Sounds, Funk, Ethiopian, African Music and Jazz. Lead singer Gili Yalo from Ethiopian origin, walked thru the desert at age 4, On a long journey with his family to the promised land – Israel. Going thru dramatic and extreme situations, he sang all the way to his beloved, And from this moment the family knew – he is going to be a singer. Zvuloon Dub System are Existing for 5 years, and they are Israel's leading Reggae band, Touring all of the country, and the biggest festivals around, They toured Canada and will tour Europe and the U.s.a in 2012. Their debut album will be released this Year, Including guest appearances from Ranking Joe, Apple Gabriel, Adesose Wallace and more… Their mix of between the continents brings a fresh breath of vibes, With a powerful lead singer, a heavy dub Drum and Bass, and an eccentric Brass section. Zvuloon Dub System gives a new meaning to world reggae! Backing the top Reggae singers visiting in Israel, Zvuloon Dub showed more then once the power of their original tunes, And analog recordings. The message of the band coming from a controversy country is Peace and Love, Solidarity and equal rights to all, and as part of this they appear in a lot of Volunteer Show
